Manager, Associate Voice Teacher


Melissa LaCicero is a vocalist, passionate performer and experienced vocal instructor based out of Tampa, Florida. Melissa holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Voice Performance from the University of South Florida, where she had the honor of singing with the Florida Orchestra and Master Chorale of Tampa Bay.  She has also had the privilege of sharing a stage with Broadway’s Kristin Chenoweth and Quentin Darrington. For the past 9 years, Melissa was a vocalist, dancer, and actress at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, as well as a production assistant for several events and shows, and the vocal trainer and captain for many productions. Melissa is proud to have been Busch Gardens’ representative for Outstanding Female Performer for the IAAPA Brass Ring Awards in 2015.

Melissa has been teaching students of all ages and levels since 2012 and is incredibly passionate about guiding students to their healthiest and most natural sound, while creating well rounded musicians and engaging performers. She believes lessons should be tailored for each individual student’s goals, personality and musical taste. Melissa wants each student to feel comfortable, to have fun, and to leave lessons feeling happy, inspired, and confident. Melissa is thrilled to join the team at VBC, and can’t wait to see you soon!
