Associate Voice Teacher


Soprano Kiara Walker was born in Ithaca, NY. She graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. She is expected to graduate from Binghamton University with a Masters in Vocal Performance in May 2024.


She has participated in numerous competitions, role studies, and scenes programs where she had the privilege to perform many roles. Past concert highlights include performing as soloist in Schubert’s Mass in G Major and Handel’s Messiah. Most recently, Ms. Walker studied the roles of Rosina in Il barbiere di Siviglia, Musetta in La Bohème, and others with the MiOpera Virtual Institute and Liza in Pique Dame with the Eurasia Festival Virtual Summer Opera Institute.


Kiara is a dedicated and passionate singer. She started teaching students in 2021 and loves helping singers find their natural and unique sound. She is thrilled to not only teach but learn from the students at Voice by Chelsea!
